Rim a glass with kosher salt
1 1/4 oz. Blanco Tequila
3/4 oz. Cointreau or other triple sec
1 1/4 oz. Fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. Simple syrup
Shake with ice, strain into the rimmed glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
